One of our household residents recently baked a couple of cheesecake dishes.
The first was prepared in a Pyrex 8" Square Glass Baking Dish and included a crushed graham cracker base.
The second was prepared in a smaller round baking dish, and also included a crushed graham cracker base. In addition, it was topped with a mixed raspberry sauce.
Both were light and fluffy, and all taste testers agreed that this recipe should be saved for future reference.
